Free guidance comes first
Share the international student rental safety checklist without registration or payment. It covers identity checks, housing eligibility, tenancy terms, payment records and move-in documentation, with links to official Singapore sources.

An optional paid review, separate from school support
Students or families who already have a tenancy agreement can independently choose a RentHero review at the standard S$39 price. Student welfare and independence
Students can continue to use school housing or welfare support and official CEA, HDB and IRAS information. For disputes or legal questions, consult an appropriate Singapore professional. If a scam is suspected, stop further transfers, contact the bank promptly and report it to the police.
The free checklist stays public. No student list, contract, identification document or contact information is requested from the school. Any future collaboration would need separate written consent; this resource does not announce an existing school partnership.
